30 lb Heavier and Hotter
A year and a half ago I was almost 30 pounds lighter. And at that weight? I wasn’t happy. I wanted curves. So I started strength training and bulking.
It worked. I stepped on a scale today for the first time in a year — 30 pounds up. The high school girl in me freaked out, and for some reason the number still bothers me, even though I don’t know why.
The only people who care about your weight are dicks. My plan is simple: lean bulk, stop obsessing over the number, and embrace what I see in the mirror… whispers I like my body better now.
